burgs« appropriate athletic attire | main | 24-7 »12.03.2007 manny vs oscar it feels like a weight has been lifted. we won the game. i wanted to be happy when the time was running out in the 4th quarter but i felt more relieved than happy. its one of those things where if we win, we're supposedto win. but if we lose, its devastating. i'm just happy we won. (yes i realize i used the word we throughout that last paragraph and no, i am not on the football team). the rose bowl vs illinois. i was talking to my dad about this and i said the bcs doesn't want us to play georgia or oklahoma. they don't want another game to outshine "their" national championship game. and they want to prevent another case where the writers vote for a different champion than the bcs one. hence, we'll probably never see another 3 vs 4 again. (yes, i realize the rose bowl committee chose illinois but i still don't see how you go "traditional matchup" over "better matchup". i still think its a conspiracy.) and seriously...how does mizzou not even make a bcs bowl? does this make any sense to anyone? big video game news. man i wish the manny/oscar fight happens. that'll cause some big flip/chicano gang warfare in carson. heroes finale tonight! can't wait! so said burgs @ 09:17 | guestbook | bookmark | board | comments: post a comment |
