burgs« bookmarks | main | writers strike »11.13.2007 weekender 07 went up north with kev-stine for weekender. started off playing beer pong. i figure i should dominate at this since i'm such an awesome free throw shooter. (that was sarcastic jogahs). anyways i sucked at it and thought i was gonna yak. not sure if it was b/c of the beer or b/c of the unsanitary nature of the game. oh and i co-invented an awesome new handshake. then we went to lucky chances afterwards! saturday had big plans to watch the game at the usc sf alumni assoc thing. well we got locked out and didn't have keys to either the car or back into the place. so we went to the dogpatch saloon, got a drink, tried to hail a cab in the rain for about half an hour, then finally decided to eat dinner and watch the game at hard knox, a soul food place owned by a chinese dude. but yeah, awesome game. its chauncey time! then we went to some cheesy club with lots of MAGS and WBS. sunday, went to fentons for chi's bday. dude i usedto go to fenton's when i lived back in oakland. its across the street from st. leo's, where i went to 1st grade. i had the crabmeat sandwich and a pomegranate ice cream soda. it was awesome. later in the night we went to hopr (house of prime rib). its impressive, right up there with lawrys. yesterday flew back and went to class. got my other midterm. another 96! so said burgs @ 10:44 | guestbook | bookmark | board | comments: post a comment |
