burgs« air quality | main | my idea of a great time »11.01.2007 being 30 in my last days as a 20 year old, i was in denial. i thought, "30, no big deal". it was just a number. and when i hit 30, i didn't feel any different. but now looking back on it, it was different. i don't know if there was some self imposed subconscience pressure or if things just happened. but looking back i did alot this year: applied and went back to grad school got engaged ran my best times at the 5k, 10 mile, half marathon, and full marathon so yeah, i don't know if these things just happened to happen to me at 30, or if it was a "gee whiz, i'm 30, if i'm gonna make these things happen, i better get on it now". anyways things are great so far. hope 31 is gonna be just as great. thanks for all the birthday wishes. so said burgs @ 10:43 | guestbook | bookmark | board | comments: post a comment |
